Shipping

We can ship to any address within the EU / UK.  Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. For any queries please contact us.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.

 

Shipping To Mainland UK After Brexit

Due to Brexit implications, there is a minimum total order value of €150 on all mainland UK deliveries. This figure is the full cart total, exclusive of VAT, but including the cost of the products and related carriage, etc (For example: €130 ex VAT worth of items + €20 carriage = €150 minimum total). You will not be charged VAT at checkout, however, the courier may collect VAT from you prior to delivery on behalf of HM Revenue and Customs. On rare occasion, these deliveries may be subject to further customs charges or import taxes also which is completely at the discretion of UK Customs officials.

Any refusal to pay these charges may result in the package being destroyed or returned to sender. Any additional costs incurred by this will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please note, orders sent to Northern Ireland are unaffected by this and will be treated the same as any other EU country

 


Returns Policy


You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, which will be determined on a case by case basis. (Please note there may be a re-stocking surcharge on some items). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Custom made items cannot be returned or refunded unless in exceptional circumstances.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Please note: All orders returned to us due to no fault of our own will be subject to a re-stocking fee of 10% of the order total

Please note: Due to Brexit and the customs procedures incurred, mainland UK orders may not be entitled to the same returns policy and will be treated on a case-by-case basis.
